Privacy.
What we collect
When you reserve a Founding 50 spot, you give us:
- Your business name, first name, and the size of your shop
- Your email and mobile number
- What software you currently use
- A $1 deposit, processed by Stripe (we never see your card)
We also collect anonymous analytics on the page itself: page views, clicks on call-to-action buttons, and which channel you came from (UTM tags on shared links).
How we use it
- To talk to you about Manifold — onboarding, scheduling, updates
- To process and, if needed, refund your $1 deposit
- To understand which channels are bringing the right shops in, so we can spend our limited time wisely
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone for marketing.
Who we share with
We use a small set of trusted service providers to run Manifold:
- Stripe — payments
- Resend — transactional email (this email, the welcome email, etc.)
- Vercel — hosting
- Neon — database
- PostHog and Vercel Analytics — anonymous product analytics
Each of those providers has its own privacy and security policies and only sees the data needed to do its job.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as you're a customer (or a Founding 50 prospect). If you ask us to delete it, we delete it within 30 days, except where we're required to keep records (for example, payment records that Stripe and tax authorities require).

Email hello@manifold-hvac.com to:
- Get a copy of everything we have on you
- Have it deleted
- Correct anything that's wrong
