The $1 deposit
Reserving a Founding 50 spot for $1 means:
- You pay $1 today via Stripe.
- It's applied to your first month of service when Manifold launches.
- It's refundable anytime before launch — just email us.
- If we miss our October 31, 2026 ship date, you get an automatic full refund. No questions, no forms.
Founding 50 pricing
The first 50 paying founders lock in $49 per tech per month, forever. That price never goes up, even when our list price does (currently $79).
Service
Manifold is field service software for HVAC shops with 5–15 technicians. We're building it now and aiming to ship by October 31, 2026. Specific feature dates are best-effort, not contractual.
Cancellation
Before launch: cancel by emailing us — full refund.
After launch: cancel anytime. No fees, no contract. We'll export your data so you can take it with you.
Limitations
Manifold is provided “as is.” We will work hard to be reliable, but neither we nor any of our service providers are liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is capped at the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding any claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Manifold is operated. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
